Reception for U.S. Navy Band Being Planned

Lieutenant Charles Benter and the United States Navy Band will give a concert at the Coliseum. The R.O.T.C. band will meet them at the Rock Island Train depot in the morning and parade from Q to 16th, then south to O, then to 9th street, then to the Lincoln Hotel. Lt. Benter has volunteered to lead the R.O.T.C. band and cheer section at the freshman football game, as the Navy band may only perform in official concerts.
