Locals [Band Prospects]

The Hesperian Student, May 15, 1880

Text reads: "The Cadets are now happy. The Band has made sufficient progress to play for them. Now nothing prevents the boys from becoming enthused with martial ardor. We much mistake their natures if the boys do not allow their military enthusiasm to increase. We have a splendid Professor in this department, we have a promising band, and now if the boys do not make an impression before the Regents in June, they have only themselves to blame for it."
