Text reads: "Those who frequent the lower floor very much have noticed a change which considerably improves the atmosphere thereabouts -- that of the removal of the medical lecture room to the fourth floor. The band have exchanged places with them and now the hum of the student in recitation is mingled with the soft and gentle music of the cadet band."
