Text reads: "Upon request of the management of the cadet band we announce that a NEW selection will be rendered at dress parade next Friday afternoon. This is done to allow preparation for the unusual nervous shock which will undoubtably follow such an unprecedented occurence. LATER.-- We are informed that the above announcement is a vile slander. Some villain, apparently intended to perpetrate a cruel joke."
