Editorial Notes [State of Instruments]

The Hesperian Student publishes a "protest" of the condition of the Cadet Band's instruments, which are holding back the band's quality. "There is no reason why the U. of N. cannot have as good an amateur band as there is in the state if the cadets had the proper instruments."
