Editorial Notes [Drill Requirement Changes]

The editors complain of "dictatorial orders" requiring male students to drill for nine consecutive terms and that they shall no longer choose their own uniform supplier. The editors worry that not all students will be able to afford the expenses of attending the university, nor want to commit to so many years of military education.
